Paul worked for 25 years as an undercover Operations Officer for the CIA. He has experience in the U.S., Europe, Central America, South America and the Middle East. While in the CIA, Paul focused his work on countering foreign terrorist groups like The Islamic State, Al-Qaida, and Hezbollah. In addition, Paul worked on issues such as the Iranian threat network, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Paul’s work in the private sector through Tactical Rabbit focuses on providing intelligence-based risk assessment and consulting services to high-value clients. Paul also does work involving human intelligence (HUMINT) and counter-terrorism for United States Government elements. Paul has personally developed, managed and carried out multiple high-profile operations during his career that led to the capture of several high-profile terrorists, and the effective dismantling of terrorist networks.
