Whether any agency opens an investigation, requests follow-up, or takes any action is a decision made independently and solely by that agency. Tactical Rabbit cannot and does not guarantee that any federal or state investigation will be opened, pursued, or resolved in any particular manner, and no such outcome should be inferred from any engagement, referral, or communication with Tactical Rabbit.
