Tactical Rabbit Reviews
In 2014, a client approached Tactical Rabbit with an intriguing project, trying to better understand a group called “Students for Justice in Palestine.”
Despite its benign-sounding name, the group had been under suspicion for years. In fact, as early as 2011, watchdog groups had described it as a “radical student organization” that had “campaigned for divestment from Israel, which it categorizes as an apartheid state.”
Tactical Rabbit got to work, conducting deep research on the organization and its leaders. Through open-source research, HUMINT intelligence gathering (target engagement) and other CIA-based intelligence methodologies, Tactical Rabbit prepared a report showing that the Hamas terrorist organization had been using the young members of Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) as its pawns.
The report concluded, “Tactical Rabbit has a high degree of confidence that SJP is funding terrorism, and specifically Hamas. Tactical Rabbit believes these Islamic charity organizations are in violation of” a wide variety of federal laws. The United States has listed Hamas as a foreign terrorist organization since 1997.

In addition, Tactical Rabbit aided in uncovering and distributing a photo of the then-leader of Students for Justice in Palestine proudly draped in machine gun bullets and showing off a machine gun. The Tactical Rabbit report stated: “Pictures were obtained of him holding an assault rifle in what appears to be the West Bank and a flag that says Islamic Jihad… Tactical Rabbit can state with a high degree of certainty that behind SJP’s polished exterior there is an anti-Israel, anti-U.S. and anti-law enforcement agenda.”
Tactical Rabbit turned over the information it had collected to the FBI, helping to keep this radical organization on the radar of law enforcement and intelligence officials worldwide.
